Ben & Sarah Main formed Saren Homes in 2012.
Starting with a simple passion of renovating properties and bringing them 'back to life', we quickly progressed to taking on larger more complicated projects which has included converting listed properties into beautiful residential dwellings and building new homes.
At Saren Homes our ethos is simple, we do not sell anything that we would not love to live in ourselves.Being a small family run developer means we are involved with all aspects of the home building process starting with Design & Planning permission all the way through to sales and aftercare.
We pride ourselves on taking a great deal of time and effort to design a home that is beautiful and characterful on the outside, whilst functional for a modern family with high end fixtures and fittings on the inside. We completely finish our houses as they are advertised: with dramatic lighting, beautiful kitchens, designer bathrooms, luxury flooring and all gardens fully landscaped.

Sales & aftercare
Being a small family company allows us to take a hands on approach with all aspects and one of our favourite parts of this is to meet you just before completion and take you around your new home explaining each function and feature within it. Any questions following your move in you can simply email us or just give us a call!
We take the greatest care and attention to ensure your new home is perfect in every way, however should you have any concerns we are only a phone call away. Our brilliant builders and tradesmen are highly experienced and will surely know the answer to any question or query.

If you think you may have an opportunity you would like to discuss with us please get in contact. We consider everything from small houses requiring renovation to large plots of land requiring planning permission and construction.
We have the ability to purchase land, with or without planning permission at speed and with cash and in some circumstances can even consider developing alongside or assisting the current owner.
Our experience and skill set along with our trusted team of architects, surveyors and planning experts often allows us to come up with creative solutions or obtain planning permission where others cannot.
The Build-Zone 10-Year Structural Warranty provides a much better alternative to architect's certification and is similar to NHBC and other Structural Warranty products.
It is specifically designed for new build, conversions, extensions and completed properties and is backed by Lloyd's of London.
